Manufacturing Process
Our SPC Poles are produced using a meticulous manufacturing process that ensures consistency,

Concrete Mixing: High-quality cement, aggregates, and water are combined to create a dense and
homogeneous concrete mix. (Specially design baching(waghbaching) and mixing maching are used in
our plant to mix the high stregth concrete.)

Molding and Spinning: The concrete mix is poured into cylindrical steel molds, which are then
spun at high speeds. This centrifugal spinning process compacts the concrete and removes any air
voids, resulting in a dense and uniform structure.

Prestressing: Steel wire of minimum UTS 1650 mpa are tensioned and embedded within the concrete
to provide the necessary pre-stress, increasing the pole’s load-bearing capacity and resistance
to cracking.

Curing: The poles undergo a controlled curing process, often involving steam curing, to
accelerate strength development and ensure optimal durability.
